Includes over 400 feet of ocean frontage and beach access, (3 pools) 1 ocean front kidney shaped pool with hot tub, 1 ocean front Olympic style lap pool and one indoor heated pool with hot tub. Also included a full state-of-the-art fitness facility with separate his and hers saunas, game room with 2 professional pool tables and Club House full kitchen large enough for 20 guests. There is also wireless connection that you can hook up your laptop to, via Ethernet connection.
This Brand new 8th floor unit with over 2,300 square feet of living space is ideal for large families or couples with children to share. Non-smoking for everyone's enjoyment. 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths. Fabulous open floor plan with direct ocean views and huge balcony with access from family room and master bedroom. Enjoy your favorite sports show on our large screen tv. Separate laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. All top of the line appliances in kitchen including smooth top stove, granite countertops, built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, cooking equipment and utensils. All you need to bring is food and an appetite.
Master bedroom has king size bed, direct view of the ocean and direct access to balcony, enormous walk in closets and huge master bath with 2 person shower and separate jacuzzi. Second bedroom has a queen bed, large walk in closet and it's own private full bath. Third bedroom has a queen bed, closets and sun lite from window with river views. Unit sleeps 6 to 8 with three bedrooms and an air mattress.
Daytona Beach Shores is rated one of the Top 10 Beach areas in Florida with many attractions to allow the whole family a fun filled vacation. Disney World and Orlando area attractions are only two hours away.
Secured underground assigned parking in very first spot next to elevator.
This is a first come first served business. Many of our repeat guests are considered family and rent by the month. The person who gets their deposit first gets the reservation.
